What I wore to Disney World
“Laughter is timeless, imagination has no age, dreams are forever.”-Walt Disney
This summer, I wanted to spend more time with my family and really enjoy summer. Since this year marks Disney’s 50th year anniversary, I knew that one of the stops would be Disney World.
Day 1: Disney Springs
We hit the road on a Thursday afternoon and arrived at Cororado Springs Resort. This is one of Disney’s Moderate hotel and let me tell you I will be back! The resort has 4 different areas, Gran Destino Tower (main), Ranchos, Cabanas, and Casitas. The resort is so big and so much to do with the family.
After getting settled in and exploring the resort, we headed to Disney Springs. One of my favorite thing to do at Disney Springs is to walk thru the many shops. They have everything for the family from Zara, Under Armour and The Lego Store for the kids.
On top of shopping, there is plenty of entertainment and places to eat. Went went to see newest Minion movie and had a blast!
The weather was very humid so I wanted to wear something that was not too heavy. I paired this cognac brown bodysuit with my favorite wide leg linen pants. These pants have a drawstring so you can adjust as needed.
Day 2: Magic Kingdom
You can’t go to Disney and NOT visit Magic Kingdom. First stop was of course meeting Mickey and Minnie. After we walking down Main St, most people go right and head to Space Mountain. We we did head right but our first stop was Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress. It is an underrated ride. My favorite part about it is there is NEVER a line and you sit down indoors!
Knowing Florida weather, I came prepared with a light weight tee shirt from Target and some comfy sneakers. Main accessories, my Minnie ears.
Day 3: Icon Park
We wanted to do something outside of Disney and Icon Park came to mind. This place really surprised me. They have free garage parking, plenty of restaurants and shops. Inside there is a little food hall but also Sea Life Aquarium, Arcade, Madam Toussauds Wax Museum and so much more. Check out my Reel of Sea Life Aquarium here.
Overall we had a great family trip and I can’t wait for the next one!
